Egg-Free Epicurean, San Diego's very own nut-free bakery, appears at 2010 FAAN Walk San Diego:

Nov. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- The Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) hosted its 2010 walk in San Diego on Saturday, November 6, at De Anza Cove in Mission Bay.  FAAN sponsors these walks "to raise public awareness, to provide advocacy and education, and to advance research on behalf of all those affected by food allergies and anaphylaxis."

Egg-Free Epicurean (peanut-free and tree nut-free too), a specialty food brand with a dedicated facility in Vista, CA, was one of the corporate sponsors of the San Diego walk.  Having just opened its e-store in September, Egg-Free Epicurean hosted a booth where walkers and their families could obtain free samples of egg-free cookies and dessert bars.  All the brand's products are baked by hand in its dedicated nut-free, peanut-free, egg-free facility.
