Customers win LCD TVs on booking IOD & CC approved properties at MCHI Property 2010

Oct. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI), most prominent body of real estate builders and developers in Maharashtra is currently holding the 17th Real Estate and Housing Finance Exhibition “Property 2010” at the MMRDA grounds in Bandra Kurla complex in Mumbai from 21st October- 24th October 2010. The MCHI has taken a few unique initiatives this year to enhance the  customers’ experience and to encourage them to purchase IOD and CC approved properties.

As a part of the initiatives taken this year, select builders and MCHI have decided to gift LCD TV’s to those customers who book IOD and CC approved properties at the exhibition.  This offer can be availed by those who present a token amount of Rs.51000/- (in the name of MCHI) as the advance towards the purchase. So far, 9 customers have won LCD TV’s on spot booking
