Sylver Consulting attends recruitID 2010 at the IIT Institute of Design this Fall

Oct. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Adriano Galvao, VP at Sylver Consulting will attend recruitID 2010 at the IIT Institute of Design on October 21.

RecruitID is a live forum for design and business professionals to meet students from the Institute of Design and discuss methods, offerings, innovation planning and employment opportunities.

The semi-annual recruiting event is held during Spring and Fall. It is open to ID’s graduate students as well as alumni. This year’s Fall edition will happen from October 21-22.

Adriano comments, “At Sylver Consulting, we are looking for highly motivated students with proven records of success. RecruitID is a unique opportunity to meet several of the best students from the Institute of Design. The event is structured in such a way that it allows companies to interact with many students in a short period of time and learn a lot more about them. During the interviews, students typically share their past experiences, show the future-oriented projects they are working on at the Institute of Design and explain the things that they are totally passionate about. We know this Fall we will meet very interesting people and most likely will chose one or two to intern at our company.”

Adriano has thirteen years of experience helping multinational companies in their effort to create new products and services. He oversees Sylver Consulting operations, general human resources and project management. He wrote a book in Engineering Design and received several international awards (IDSA, BraunPrize, Xerox) for his contribution to the Design & Innovation process.
