Peachtree 2011 Now Supported in QuoteWerks Version 4.5 Build 7

Sept. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Aspire Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of sales quoting software solutions for the global small and mid-markets, announced today compatibility with Peachtree 2011 Premium, Complete, and Quantum versions in QuoteWerks Version 4.5 Build 7.

Sage North America, creators of Peachtree 2011, currently support over 3.1 million small and medium sized businesses with their various product offerings.  Their support of the small and medium sized businesses makes QuoteWerks an ideal fit into their accounting package.  

The interactive link between QuoteWerks and Peachtree allows the two programs to seamlessly integrate and work in cooperation.  Updating to QuoteWerks Version 4.5 Build 7 or later adds support for Peachtree 2011, enabling users to continue to employ the interactive link’s features such as exporting the QuoteWerks document to Peachtree as an invoice, sales order, and/or purchase order in batches or one at a time.  

QuoteWerks can also create items/parts in Peachtree that do not exist and allows users to select the item type and assign it to Peachtree (stock item, non-stock item, service, or labor), and be prompted to select the income/expense account to be associated with this new item.

Other features of the integration enable users to:
•   Search Peachtree for contacts to be used in the quote
•   Create a customer from the QuoteWerks document in Peachtree if they do not exist
•   Link to and search the Peachtree item list so Peachtree items can be added to the QuoteWerks document
•   Mark exported documents to Peachtree as exported
