Drummonds expands UK operation with acquisition of industrial property

Aug. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Gascoignes, the Guildford based chartered surveyors, has advised a private investor in the sale of 9,263 sq ft (860 sq m) industrial property, held on a ground lease, at Henley Business Park, Normandy to Drummonds, the manufacturer and distributor of classic handmade bathrooms for £950,000.

Drummonds will use Unit C Henley Business Park, which includes 1,566 sq ft (145 sq m) of office accommodation, as its corporate headquarters and distribution centre.  The property has 17 car parking spaces.
