Having set up the business and looking back three years previous, the work hours are pretty much the same, but the difference is in the balance of when the hours are done.  I have freedom to be able to work around school holidays, take the children to work and pick them up as well as being able to drop everything and pick a sick child up if the school calls.

One of the secrets of her success has been using technology to become more efficient with the hours she has in the day.

Using cloud and mobile technology has helped us as a business incredibly making access to critical IT systems and work process methods pretty much accessible globally. Clearly having a husband who worked in the IT industry has helped the company take advantage of technological advancement.
