Creehan Serves Up Third Cookbook

Gulf Coast celebrity Chef Tim Creehan releases new cookbook, hosts booksigning event at local restaurant.
 
July 21, 2010 - PRLog -- Fresh off the grand opening of his latest restaurant Cuvee Bistro, Executive Chef Tim Creehan has released "Exceptional Taste, Tales & Recipes", the third cookbook of his career.  The coffee table hardcover is packed with pictures, recipes, and recollections culled from years of culinary ventures along Destin's beaches.

"It's very exciting to me when a book is complete," Creehan says.  "Hard work and creativity has been preserved.  The ability to share is what it's all about with food."

Creehan's foray into authoring cookbooks began almost twenty years ago.  He debuted "Flavors of the Gulf Coast" in 1992 after cofounding Marina Cafe in Destin.  The recipes highlighted many of the award winning entrees created during his tenure at the restaurant.  His sophomore effort "Simple Cuisine" followed twelve years later in 2004, showcasing many of his signature dishes such as Amy Grant's Seared Tuna and Vince Gil's Pecan Crusted Grouper.   Both collections enjoyed much regional success.
