A Tale of Two Cuvees: Wine Spectator hands the only Best of Award of Excellence in South Walton County to Tim Creehan's Cuvee 30A, while Cuvee Destin adds Award of Excellence number six to its expanding roster of recognitions.
"We are honored and overjoyed to receive these recognitions,"
"This is what we work to accomplish every single day" stated Creehan, FLRA's 2015 Restaurateur of the Year. "Pam has culled exceptional vintages at both Cuvees, and I'm happy to see continued recognition for the work from such a distinguished publication."
Chef Tim Creehan reestablished Cuvee in 2010, offering classic French, Asian and Mediterranean influenced delicacies along with his signature dishes including Amy Grant's Seared Tuna Rare and Vince Gill's Pecan Crusted Grouper. Cuvee repeatedly nabs an annual parade of accolades including Tripadvisor's Certificate of Excellence, Best in Destin, Finest on the Emerald Coast, Florida Trend's Golden Spoon Award for three years running, and the Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence annually since 2011. In 2015, Creehan opened a second location at the new 30Avenue near Rosemary Beach and christened it Cuvee 30A.
