Common mistakes when auditing a quality management system

July 6, 2010 - PRLog -- The nominated Management Representative (MR) for any quality management system has a lot to take on when they start running their own system.  They have to demonstrate in a few months down the line that the system is being adhered to and this requires them to undertake audits in order to provide the necessary objective evidence.

It is a process that most of the company will not have encountered before and whilst the MR will have attended the obligatory auditing course there is no better way to learn than by gaining practical on the job experience in a live situation.
