Summer Slimdown Boot Camp Special

June 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Camp runs through July 29th, have your body fast tested, challenge yourself, learn how many calories you should be eating to lose weight, and learn what kinds of food you should be eating. Each class is about 45 minutes in length and includes core, fucntional, body weight, and weight training. Positive bootcamp (no yelling or name calling).
