New Book Focuses on Life After College in the Business World

One probably does not have to search too far to locate a hard-working employee who has a college degree just struggling to earn minimum wage.  In some cases, a large number of those degree-holding employees find themselves working in unpaid or low paying internships simply to earn a chance at gaining an entry-level position.  

A self-help book from two authors that have gone through the education process provide a narrative approach in lieu of a traditional step-by-step outline to help provide answers to the question of what does one do after getting a college degree.

Michael Esola has worked for prominent organizations that include the Oakland Athletics Baseball organization, the San Jose Sabercats of the Arena Football League, and the San Francisco Tennis Club.  He has obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of San Francisco.  He currently serves as the Vice-President of Marketing with Mantra Hospitality.
