New Book by Michael Esola & Wesley Jones, Managing Partners of Mantra Hospitality

One probably does not have to search too far to locate a hard-working employee who has a college degree just struggling to earn minimum wage.  In some cases, a large number of those degree-holding employees find themselves working in unpaid or low paying internships simply to earn a chance at gaining an entry-level position.  

The book’s author, Michael Esola, states, “It takes more than a college degree to succeed in today’s world. One must master the skills in several areas including personal brand, time management, networking, finances, and more. We provide a narrative approach on what needs to supplement that expensive college degree.”

About the Authors
Michael Esola has worked for prominent organizations that include the Oakland Athletics Baseball organization, the San Jose Sabercats of the Arena Football League, and the San Francisco Tennis Club.  He has obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of San Francisco.  He currently serves as the Vice-President of Marketing with Mantra Hospitality.

Wesley Jones has worked for a tremendous group of companies including Target Corporation, The University of Phoenix, and The Walt Disney Company. He has obtained a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development and a Master of Arts Degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the University of California, Davis.
