5 April 2010: StepStone Solutions, a leading provider of Total Talent Management solutions, is pleased to announce that Asia-Pacific technical services provider TUV Rheinland Japan Ltd is live on StepStone Solutions’ ETWeb talent management suite, supporting more than 2,500 staff.  TÜV Rheinland Japan Ltd is a member of the TÜV Rheinland Group, a global leader in independent testing and assessment services. More than 13,300 qualified employees assist TÜV Rheinland clients in over 490 locations in 61 countries.

StepStone Solution’s platform will support TUV Rheinland Group in better planning, managing and evaluating employees’ performance and development. The solution will also integrate a skills and competency management module, strategically developing and retaining workforce skills and ensuring an adequate supply of skills to meet the organisation’s current and future needs. The implementation is completed for Asia Pacific and the next phase is for Middle-East and Africa.

This implementation will help TUV Rheinland to move away from the current paper-based performance evaluation to a more dynamic platform with real-time information and user-friendly interface that is scalable to cater to its growing talent pool.
