Printmakers: Washington Printmakers Gallery's 13th Annual Call for Entries

Washington Printmakers Gallery announces its 13th Annual National Small Works Juried Exhibition with its call for entries.
 
Feb. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- Washington Printmakers Gallery is pleased to announce its 13th annual call for entries to its National Small Works Juried Exhibtion. This call is open to artists nationwide, age 18 and over, creating hand-pulled prints (digital and photographic work not eligible). First prize is a solo show at Washington Printmakers Gallery in August 2011. Additional prizes awarded. This year's juror, Christopher With, recently retired from the National Gallery of Art, where he worked for over thirty years, most recently as Coordinator of the Art Information Volunteer Program. Holding a PhD from UCLA, With has written and lectured widely; his article on German artist Max Liebermann in American collections will be published this year.
