New LIMS User Survey Announced By Autoscribe

Jan. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Autoscribe Limited, a recognized leader in laboratory informatics systems, has released their new laboratory information management system - the 2009 Matrix Gemini LIMS.  This is not only an upgrade of older systems, but also a refinement of the management systems previously marketed.

Annual user surveys were conducted for the Matrix Gemini LIMS software, both in the United States and the United Kingdom, to monitor customer satisfaction and provide vital information for the reconfiguration of the software to meet our customers' needs.  Questions in the survey asked the most important queries as to ease of use, user interface, compatibility, system implementation, and training responsiveness.

Most likely, the most observed question would be, "What do you like most about your new Matrix Gemini LIMS software?"  There were different parameters set to the questions, such as "ease of use", which seemed to be the most important aspect of any questionnaire.  Percentages were calculated from both the US and UK, and these tallies were used to streamline our software to meet the demands of the users.

Zumatrix, Inc., of the USA, provided a questionnaire to our US customers, and the results joined with the survey results from the Autoscribe questionnaire conducted in the UK.  These results were made available to all customers of Matrix LIMS software and systems, a first in the LIMS field.

The most important aspect of the design and implementation of our software and LIMS systems is customer satisfaction, as the above surveys indicate.  Complying with the needs of our customers is our desire, and satisfying those needs is observed in our Matrix Gemini LIMS software and systems, by heeding the surveys taken.
