The 2nd Annual Crystal Coast Foosball Challenge

   “We are extremely excited to bring one of our Bonzini™ U.S.A. Foosball Tour stops back to the Atlantic Beach area,” said Cribbs Inc. president Alan Cribbs. “Our last event at The Beach Tavern was in 2009.  This year’s foosball event will support a very worthy local charity, with a food drive of canned and dried goods in support of Hope Mission of Carteret County.   Since 2001 we have surpassed $140,000.00 in contributions raised through Bonzini U.S.A. Foosball Tour events. We have a dedicated player base that is working hard to make all our events on the 2010 Bonzini U.S.A. Foosball Tour.”

   “We are excited and grateful to be chosen as the recipients of this food drive fundraising effort, The 2nd Annual Crystal Coast Foosball Challenge is a fun event that will generate canned and dry food items and raise money and awareness for Hope Mission of Carteret County.  Hope Mission is a Community Kitchen, serving 97 hot meals a day, a Men’s Shelter, giving men emergency overnight shelter a Recovery System for both men and women recovering from drug and alcohol addictions as well as a place for Emergency Financial Assistance for residents of Carteret County.”   said Glenda Killion, Community Kitchen Manager and Financial Assistance Director.  “Due to the economic crisis in our country, many non-profit agencies are experiencing cut backs resulting in decreased donations and funding for our programs.  It is crucial to the Hope Mission of Carteret County to seek support from our communities to aid us in donations of canned and dried foods as well as monetary donations. “said Glenda Killion, Community Kitchen Manager and Financial Assistance Director.
