Property Tracker is a desktop application that is used to continually Track Properties in a particular area(s). It does the tracking by zip code. Once you add a zip code the Property Count box will be populated with the property count for that zip code. You can add/remove multiple zip codes withing the application.

What I find interesting is that this site and the tools they offer are not being built by a Real Estate company. The development is put together by displaced techies who happen to be Real Estate investors. I think this is an interesting twist.

Like the rest of the site Property Tracker is free and can be downloaded from the RepeatProperty.com home page. When you go to the site you can invite people and make connections with others in the Real Estate transaction. You can share files and notes about properties directly on the site. Other areas of the site let you send or receive feedback from buyers/sellers or anyone in the real estate transaction. All this is happening in real time.

The site is built around the idea of helping the agent or customer make a connection and together stay more organized. Ultimately the site will help make stronger relationships and help everyone in the Real Estate transaction save time.  

You do not have to be a Real Estate agent or investor, the site is free for anyone to use. The site is setup so that anyone can post an individual property as well as work with the developers of the site to accept a data feed.
