Nov. 30, 2009 - PRLog -- Outliers on Deck…The Rice Paddy, Math Students, and Sales, was the keynote of choice at the The Unleashing of AS3™ Sales DVD Release Party. Dennis Rebelo, Author, AS3™, exposed the Outliers on Deck…interactive keynote and so boldly compared a rice paddy, math students and sales training through the use of rich metaphors.   Dennis Rebelo, President, University Business Consultants LLC, was quick to cite Malcom Gladwell’s Outliers, but dashed beyond the original rice paddy story, and, in a rare occurrence, has decided to release the video footage to the public for viewing.

There were over 150 guests in attendance at the event, which occurred in October at Kinney Bungalow, Sunset Farm. The audience was engaged by the use of layering throughout the interactive keynote, "This should be interesting to see how Dennis is going to relate a Rice Paddy to Sales" said, Joe Lurie, Paychex Corporation.  As the guests left the bungalow that night they were poised to gain action for traction, and were highly motivated to embed some GRIT into their daily lives.

Mr. Rebelo decided to release the video footage of the interactive keynote after being inundated with emails and requests about the speech.
