New motorcycle L.E.D. system turning heads.

Aug. 19, 2009 - PRLog -- This convenient plug-and-play L.E.D. system offers more settings and features at a price riders can afford. Installation is literally a snap when you plug the L.E.D. strips directly into the CPU. Riders will spend less time in the garage connecting wires and more time on the street turning heads.

The design goal was to develop a system that was compact, easily customized, and a complete package. The L.E.D.s are thin, low profile, flexible strips that come in different sizes. The CPU powering the L.E.D.s is about the size of a deck of cards, so the entire system is easily concealed. The system is available in two models. The SC-x6 is a single color system that is dedicated to one color for maximum brightness. Available colors include red, blue, green, orange, white, and purple. Bike owners can also mix colors to match paint schemes. The MC-x6 is a multi-color system that allows the rider to change the L.E.D. color with the press of a button on the wireless remote. Both kits come with a CPU, 6 L.E.D. strips, a wireless remote and mounting hardware. Of course, some riders want their ride to be visible from space, so more pods can easily be added by purchasing splitter cables and additional LED strips.

The CPU has 13 flash patterns, including 5 music modes that will synchronize flash patterns to the bass of your stereo or the thump of your engine. Riders can change the selected color (MC-x6 only), change color intensity (Sc-x6 only), change the speed of flash patterns, change the sensitivity to stereo bass, or turn the system on and off through the use of a wireless remote. The variability of display settings allows the user one-thousand and eighty-one different ways to show off their ride. To make life easier, the CPU has internal memory and will remember the last selected flash pattern, color, and flash speed when the system is turned on. Possibly the best and most unique feature is a secondary power-up option that allows the installer to connect the system to secondary power source, such as your break lights. If the system is turned off and the rider applies the breaks, the system will turn on, recalling the last selected sequence, and will remain on until the breaks are released.
