Stellar Development Selected to Construct Manatee School for the Arts Project

June 22, 2009 - PRLog -- LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL - Stellar Development, Inc. has been selected to construct a new classroom building and office addition at the Manatee School for the Arts, a public charter middle and high school, in Palmetto. The project consists of an 8,470 square foot addition to the School’s office and administration areas, including renovating existing space which will add a student art gallery and relocate the music classrooms. The new 9,790 square foot classroom building will house the school’s music department, physical education classroom and exercise facility.

Stellar Development is working on the project with Palmetto-based architecture firm Moore 2 Design, LLC. “We are very excited about the Manatee School for the Arts project and the team we have assembled. We see this as the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship,” said Maurice Opstal, president of Stellar Development.
