Stellar Development Named No. 1 Fastest Growing Firm in Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50

LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL - Stellar Development, Inc., a Lakewood Ranch-based construction firm, has been ranked No.1 on the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2010 Fast 50 list, with a growth rate of 1076%.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50 recognizes the fastest growing, privately held and locally owned firms in the Tampa Bay area. The final rankings were announced at a luncheon on July 22, 2010 at A La Carte Event Pavilion. Rankings were based on percentage of annual growth over a three-year period.
