Stellar Development to Construct New Manatee County Rural Health Services Facility

Nov. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL - Stellar Development, Inc. was selected to construct the new Manatee County Rural Health Services building located at 2318 Manatee Avenue in Bradenton, Florida. The 12,000 square foot two-story building will house new clinic space and drive through pharmacy.  The building is masonry construction with steel floor and wood truss roof.  The exterior finishes are Hardie plank siding, precast architectural stone, and tile with standing seam roofing.

Manatee County Rural Health Services is a private, not-for-profit medical group featuring more than 40 board-certified and board-eligible physicians practicing in 20 locations in Manatee and adjacent Florida counties. The project, valued at $2 million, is expected to be complete in May 2011.
