In the survey of CALA Homes 2008 home buyers, 94% of respondents would be willing to recommend the home-builder to their best friend. This confirmation of the levels of customer satisfaction achieved by the teams at CALA is also reflected in a boost in new homes sales in Q1 of 2009 by 35%.

The outstanding levels of customer service from company employees are praised by Alan Brown, Managing Director of CALA Homes, as this is the reason that CALA continues to sell in current market conditions.
