Available through the Wolverhampton office of estate agent Connells, the Birmingham-based award-winning, premium housebuilder is building 12 new family homes and two one-bedroom apartments on Brickbridge Lane in Wombourne. Prices for the four-bedroom homes range from £250,000 to £300,000, while prices for five-bedroom houses range from £300,000 to £350,000. The apartments are priced at £130,000.
