UKFast is best hosting company to work for in Sunday Times’ list

March 2, 2009 - PRLog -- Hosting provider UKFast is proud to have gained a place in the Sunday Times’ list of the top 100 companies to work. At number 31 in the best small companies list, UKFast is the best hosting provider to work for in the UK and rated in the top third of all UK businesses.

This year The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For lists were derived from 997 company entries. To create the lists The Sunday Times surveyed at total of 200,000 employee opinions and carried out an evaluation of each organisation’s key statistics, processes and policies.

Last month, Best Companies announced UKFast's three star status, the highest accolade an organisation can receive. No other hosting providers received this status but competitor Rackspace did achieve two stars.

"This is a real recognition of the effort we put to make sure we have a positive environment for our team," said Lawrence Jones, managing director of UKFast.
"But it makes us hungry for more and we know we’ve got to put in some more hard work to create the best environment for workplace engagement and get to number one."

UKFast has had a rewarding 12months, winning competitions for the Manchester Evening News' Business of the Year, the ISPA best hosting award and gaining a spot in the Deloitte Fast 50.
