“Ar(t)chitectural Attitude Exhibition Include Artwork by Anjal TS"

Only Twenty-eight Palm Beach County talented artists were selected by the County's Public Art Committee based on their artistic merit and how well the “Ar(t)chitectural Attitude” theme was reflected.

Nov. 29, 2008 - PRLog -- Emerging artist, Anjal TS will be displaying her charcoal, 18k Gold leafing artwork of “Old Flagler Mansion” which has been selected for the upcoming exhibition Ar(t)chitectural Attitude at the Palm Beach International Airport.  The exhibit is presented by Palm Beach County Art in Public Places and is scheduled to run from Sept 24, 2008 to Feb 4, 2009 located in the Main Terminal, Level 2.  Only Twenty-eight Palm Beach County artists were selected by the County's Public Art Committee based on their artistic merit and how well the “Ar(t)chitectural Attitude” theme was reflected.  

The juried exhibition was open to all artists who resided in Palm Beach County.  Artwork selected is on loan to Palm Beach County during the exhibition period and is available for sale upon request.  The changing exhibition program at Palm Beach International Airport is supported by a grant by HMS Host. Selected works are exhibited for four months, with changing cultural and travel themes for every exhibition.  Each “building” featured, gives recognition to the Palm Beach Historic architectural preservation in each town where the artist’s chosen landmark” is located.

“It’s interesting to see Florida’s historical landmarks and icons through the eyes of an artist, choosing their own artistic elements  to preserve history” said Anjal TS who is a member of The Artists Guild/Boca Museum of Art and Crème de la Art Group.  Her artworks are currently on display at the Hangen Thompson Gallery on Worth Ave.  To see a preview, please visit the artists’ website at: www.anjalts.com
