Ultra High Purity Flow Sensors UHP

AMSTERDAM - Sept. 10, 2025 - PRLog -- Flow Sensors for high purity services UHP. This is important across industries for both gas and liquids. The UHP standard requires electro polishing of all the internal components.

UHP means impurities of less than 0.1 parts per million. Most industrial gases are considered to be ultra pure. Chemtec has a full range of flow devices which meets the UHP specifications. One series, LPH/UHP is a fixed set point flow switch. This is just one model in a full offering of flow devices. The range also includes PTFE flow sensors and flow meters.

In addition to the standard products, custom designs are possible for specifications supplied by the customer.

The range offers many flow devices, flow sensors, excess flow valves found in all industry sectors. Flow sensors are available with either a fixed or adjustable set points.

EFV series are a range of excess flow valves for shut off as set flow rate is reached.
