ECMK gain Government approval for EPC production from Integrator

Oct. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- ecmk ltd is pleased to announce approval by the government of its Integrator software for the production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) the only such application approved to date.  Integrator is an Asset Management and Planned Maintenance system for social landlords, who are now obliged to produce an EPC for every property on rental or sale.  Integrator will now enable them to produce the EPC directly from their Asset Management database and is the only system approved to do this.

Integrator is a comprehensive system, incorporating the Decent Homes Standard, Fuel Poverty, Housing Health and Safety, Asbestos, Planned and Responsive Maintenance, Gas and Electric Serving and data gathering using ecmk’s handheld Pocket Surveyor – and now includes the production of EPCs.  Social landlords can rent the Integrator system at very competitive prices.

ecmk ltd is approved by government to train and accredit Energy Assessors to produce EPCs, Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Air-Conditioning Assessments for all classes of building.  ecmk works closely with many Social Landlords and leading professional bodies, including the Energy Institute and the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors, to provide accreditation and training for their members.
