Hieu V. Ralston Joins Balance Technology Group as Director of IT

July 7, 2008 - PRLog -- Hieu Ralston has joined Balance Technology Group of Springfield, Virginia, as director of information technology.

Ralston brings to the Balance team more than ten years of object-oriented software development experience on web-based applications and client-server platforms. He has extensive experience in relational database design, network infrastructure, middleware, and programming languages including C#, Visual Basic, C++ and J2EE.

His experience includes work for government clients and large and small organizations. He specializes in providing technical hands-on guidance and leadership to help clients identify, integrate and develop technologies to support business goals.
