NUREMBERG, Germany - Sept. 24, 2025 - PRLog -- Fieldcode, the field service management (FSM) software provider known for its Zero-Touch automation, and Parloa, a software company specializing in agentic AI for enterprise customer service, have announced a strategic partnership. Fieldcode becomes the first FSM platform to offer white-label AI voice agents by integrating Parloa's voice technology directly into its field service workflows.

This partnership enables Fieldcode customers to automate phone-based interactions with intelligent, branded AI agents—without relying on external call center software. These agents can handle both inbound and outbound calls using natural language, perform appointment scheduling, capture customer issues, update tickets in real time, and even trigger technician dispatch—all fully integrated into Fieldcode's automation engine.

Built on Parloa's agentic AI technology, the voice agents are designed to handle the complexity of real-world customer service. They understand natural conversation, support multiple languages, and adapt to context—such as pauses, changing caller needs, or escalation to a live agent when necessary.
