WORxK Solutions Hosts Successful CRRN Workshop with Will Lukang on Amplifying Personal Strengths

Taylor, successfully hosted a workshop on July 30, 2025, titled Knowing Your Strengths – Amplify What Makes You Great. The session featured Will Lukang, an executive coach, leadership expert, co-founder of Kairos Executive Programs, and author of Seeds of Leadership: Nurturing the Leader Within.

The interactive session guided participants through the process of identifying and amplifying their natural strengths as a foundation for authentic leadership and professional growth. Will shared practical tools to help attendees strengthen self-awareness, communicate with more confidence, and make meaningful contributions in their careers and communities.

Through guided reflection and actionable takeaways, Will emphasized that growth begins by understanding and using one's inherent strengths and amplifying it further.
