WORxK Solutions to Host September DiversityWORxKS Round Table on Leadership for DEIA Impact

 
WASHINGTON - Sept. 3, 2025 - PRLog -- WORxK Solutions, LLC, founded by Dr. Kristy K. Taylor, will host the last session of the DiversityWORxKS Round Table Series on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM EST. This month's theme, "Leadership for DEIA Impact," will highlight how intentional leadership can drive meaningful progress in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) across workplaces and communities.

The event will feature an inspiring panel of leaders from diverse industries:
  • Dr. Sarah Ratekin – Founder & Chief Happiness Officer, Happiness Is Courage and The Happiness Haven
  • Hakeem Bourne Mcfarlane – Founder, Choose Yourself Community
  • Thomas Moon – Motivational Speaker
  • Jeni Yelton – Founder/Partner and Chief Learning & Development Officer, Kairos Executive Programs
  • Isiah Davis – Founder, Transition

Panelists will share real-world experiences, insights, and actionable strategies on how leaders can foster accountability, create inclusive environments, and embed DEIA values into the core of their organizations.

"The strength of any DEIA initiative begins with leadership," said Dr. Taylor. "This conversation will explore what it means for leaders to move beyond words and into practices that truly empower individuals and transform workplace cultures."
