SongDoor 2023 Winners Announced

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Jan. 22, 2024 - PRLog -- The winners of the SongDoor 2023 Int'l. Songwriting Competition have been announced: the Grand Award goes to Justin Froese and Justin Busch of California for their stellar song, "The Earth Below."

"This was our most competitive year yet," says Tony Zotta, SongDoor president. "The judges wrestled with narrowing down the candidates. The level of talent gets better with each competition, and this year the Soft Rock category was full of potential winners."

About Justin Froese

Justin, a California-based award-winning songwriter, is known for his catchy tunes, collaborative spirit and diverse musical palate. His impressive guitar skills and smooth, heartfelt voice always leave audiences moving and grooving. Justin balances performing and recording with coaching other artists and songwriters.

About Justin Busch

The "other Justin" is a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. His impressive portfolio of work includes artist cuts, film and television, advertising and more. At 18 he started sending songs to Nashville and it wasn't long before he was writing for publishers. People started to record his music and the rest is history.

The competition was generously sponsored by SongU.com, Colorado Sound, Steve Avedis, Robin Frederick and MasterWriter. Every songwriter who entered this year's competition receives a free 90-day full-access trial to SongU.com and a free songwriting e-book, a package worth $220.
