NEW YORK - Jan. 2, 2024 - PRLog -- January 2nd is National Motivation & Inspiration Day® as recognized by The United States Congress and New York State.

Kevin L. McCrudden is the Founder of National Motivation & Inspiration Day®, and was interviewed on WABC TV NY to provide guidance for people setting New Year's Resolutions and Goals for 2024! Here's the segment:

McCrudden explains the difference between making New Year's Resolutions and establishing realistic Goals to achieve in the year ahead. The main recommendation is writing down your goals and making them trackable. To that end, he also announced the re-release of his "Simple Goals APP" to help people establish and track their goals. Here is the link to the "Simple Goals APP" at the App Store:

"For people that believe in the "Law of Attraction," there is something to be said about it. For centuries, motivational and leadership speakers and philosophers have spoken about attracting things into your life and "manifesting" them.  Once you have translated New Year's Resolutions into actual tangible, trackable Goals, actions and habits, you begin to attract those things through your thoughts and actions," said McCrudden

Through his creation of National Motivation & Inspiration Day®, Motivation & Inspiration Month®, Motivation Mondays©, Motivation Mondays Koffee with Kevin©, The American Motivation Awards® and one of the most significant additions to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs in his book "Who Are You?," McCrudden is also know as "Mr. Motivation and America's Chief Motivation Officer."
