ROCK the COUNTRY, a one-day, 2 stage dual genre live music Spectacular planned for the Atlanta Motor Speedway next year, MORONGO FESTIVAL, a Cabazon California one-day festival planned for 2023 on Morongo Native Mission land is an International music and culture festival, MOTHER AFRICA, a two-day music, culture and dance festival scheduled for this December in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, WAV Music Festival a new weekend DJ festival scheduled for one of Atlanta's major parks next summer in 2023, are all projects recruiting the festival production and planning services of Maryland based Hal Davidson.
Each festival has different needs. Davidson is the Festival Producer involving every detail of Morongofest. On the other festivals he is involved with budgeting, planning and making recommendations on multiple facets. His writing and festival accounting skills are rare. Hal writes in depth, winning Investor Proposals, Sponsor Decks and Cost & Revenue Sheets, all requiring many years of experience and deep understanding of infrastructure, marketing, operations, ticketing, merch, security and admin. As a result of the changing festival industry, Davidson now writes professional EOPs, (Event Operations Plans), which is a comprehensive document involving many aspects of security, crowd management and incident control and reaction.
"Most new promoters" can't or don't want to deal with such details, I live in them... they only have so much time and need experienced help". Davidson said from his Rockville subterranean office. Hal Davidson is one of the most experienced festival and concert producers in America. https://www.concert-
