Engage Customer hosts industry-leading customer experience event — Customer Engagement Summit 2022

In the 12th year since its conception, the Customer Engagement Summit welcomes world-class brands to discuss the latest customer experience (CX) innovations.

HERSHAM, U.K. - Nov. 9, 2022 - PRLog -- Engage Customer is hosting its annual Customer Engagement Summit for the 12th year in a row at Westminster Park Plaza in London on Tuesday, 15th November.

The overarching theme of the event is 'The Only Constant is Change: The Role of Human Experience and Technology in Transforming CX'. The opening keynote speaker is LJ Rich, best known as a presenter for the BBC technology show The Click. There will also be networking drinks at the end of the day with comedian Dom Jolly of Trigger Happy TV fame.

As the industry's largest event, it promises a jam-packed day with 100+ presentations across four stages, roundtable sessions, case study presentations and 1-2-1 meetings covering all aspects of customer engagement.

Tickets are free for this year's summit to celebrate the return of the event in live venues. The usual cost of the event is £595+ vat. These free tickets are only available to industry professionals, and those with a commercial offering will have to pay for the supplier tickets at £1,495. All of the ticket registrations are subject to approval.
