Hermetic Solutions Group acquires Zet-Tek, Inc

TREVOSE, Pa. - June 2, 2022 - PRLog -- Hermetic Solutions Group ("HSG" or the "Company"), a global provider of highly engineered performance, protection, and transmission solutions for mission-critical microelectronics, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Zet-Tek, Inc. ("Zet-Tek"), a leader in precision Swiss CNC machining.  The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With over 30 years of machining experience, Zet-Tek is a Swiss CNC milling and screw machining specialist offering its customers premier quality products and service in the Medical, Defense, and Commercial Aerospace industries. Zet-Tek is AS9100, ISO9001, and ISO13485 registered – allowing them to meet advanced specification and production requirements.
