PRLog -- Many organizations deem May to be the month of Small Business and go out of their way to provide specialized opportunities to help entrepreneurs create, implement tactics, and plan for their growth. From May 16th to May 18th, The Brands + Bands Strategy Group Founder, Nadia Vanderhall was in Washington D.C. for Meta's Meta Boost Gather 2022. When Meta shifted its parent name from Facebook in 2021, the social experience platform sought additional ways to support small businesses, with this event being just one of the many ways that it has kept its promise thus far.
As one of the 500 Leaders that were flown out for this year's event, courtesy of Meta, Vanderhall also networked with other business owners and learned to boost her business with key Meta integrations. She was also in a small group of North Carolina Business owners who spoke with Congressman Dan Bishop, emphasizing the importance of, and how better programming and funding would help Small Businesses thrive beyond the 2-5 year threshold. Other Leaders also had opportunities to meet with their policy makers from their own respected States.
Vanderhall became a member of the Leaders Network Group in 2022, with much of the growth of her business being aided by the key products that sit under the Meta brand. Her admission was preceded by an audio interview with a member of the platform, Anglea Yee. When asked about how she felt the Gather experience would impact her business, Vanderhall responded, "The pandemic really was the 'Great Reset' for a lot of entities and Small Businesses weren't excluded. From how we do business to how we connected with each other and customers were shifted. Being at Gather allowed us to get 'offline' to learn how to build more strategically online. Using Meta's product suite and integrations have been pivotal to my business success, so Gather gave me more of a 'boost'.
