Vince Ashton To Host Battle of the Bands Event

ATLANTA - April 11, 2022 - PRLog -- ATL native son, Vince Ashton to host the Ultimate Band Clash after its 2-year hiatus. The event, organized by Bandroom Nation is to take place on Sunday, May 1st, 2022 at 3PM at the Lakewood Stadium in Atlanta.

The Ultimate Band Clash is a turn-based event where bands show off their musicality, creativity, and dancing skills face to face. This is our end-of-the-school-year event. It gives senior students a chance to have their last hoorah before moving on to the next phase of their lives, and it allows incoming freshmen for the next year to experience the excitement of marching band.

The event fosters an opportunity for students to perform for an audience in a less competitive atmosphere, in an effort to foster an appreciation of the arts. The main initiatives are centered around providing students with experiences through the arts that can be cherished forever and will last a lifetime.

Some of the featured High Schools include Stephenson, Creekside, Redan, Morrow, Martin Luther King, Jonesboro, Berkmar, Tri- Cities, North Clayton, Kipp, New Manchester, South Gwinnett, Forest Park, Riverdale and Mt. Zion.
