CT Based Non-Profit Partners with Middlesex Health to Purchase Medical Supplies for Ukraine

WETHERSFIELD, Conn. - March 10, 2022 - PRLog -- Connecticut-based non-profit, Maidan United, is pleased to announce Middlesex Health's donation of $10,000 to purchase medical supplies to aid Ukraine.

"We've been working around the clock since February 24, 2022, to provide Ukrainians with life-saving medical equipment and supplies. While we've done this work for 8 years, we needed to mobilize quickly in this recent attack on Ukraine. We continue to have an urgent need for tourniquets, blood clotting powder, chest seals, Israeli bandages, among many other items. With this contribution from Middlesex Health, we are able to make an exponentially bigger impact in a shorter amount of time," said Sofia Dumansky, President and Co-Founder of Maidan United.

Maidan United was founded in 2014 when Russia invaded Ukraine. Since 2014, the non-profit has raised over $500,000 USD in donations and medical equipment. All donations have gone toward helping civilians impacted by Russia's attacks on Ukraine.
