POSITION – IT Recruiters
Role: Play an individual contributor or manage the team of recruiters to analyze internal and external resource requirements (*developers, QA, data scientist etc) and execute end to end hiring process.
Job Description:
- Owning the sourcing to acquisition processes from search till bringing the talent on board.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activity right from requirement gathering till requirement closure of the assigned positions.
- Identifies target companies, user groups, professional groups to search and find top professionals.
- Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for top candidates.
Experience Required:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Basic knowledge on IT tech-stacks.
- Knowledge on Job portals
Great to have:
- Exceptional and proven written communication and organization skills
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent time management
