INI OutboundStudio delivers a full-featured set of advanced capabilities for voice and SMS-based Avaya POM campaigns. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Experience Portal 8.0 and Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager 4.0.
