Jeffrey Adams Fitness Introduces New Revolutionary Exercise Training Titled "AWSM Body"
Los Angeles-Based Fitness Studio Announces New Fitness Workout That Integrates Core Conditioning, Endurance, Strength, and Compound Movement All in One
AWSM BODY is a new fitness program created by fitness instructor, Jeffrey Adams that integrates core conditioning, endurance, strength, and compound movement at every twist, turn and bend in each session. AWSM Body uses multifunctional machines plus bodyweight to experience transformative, goal-achieving physical results together in a group setting or private session.

Jeffrey Adams Fitness is home to its signature fitness class KARDIO KRUNK, an upbeat dance-based cardio jam session fusing pop, southern hip-hop, top 40, and BODY BY JEFFREY, a 30-minute high-intensity interval training session that has the heart pumping but the head nodding and hips moving. KARDIO KRUNK and BODY BY JEFFREY are offered on-demand, live-stream, and physically.
AWSM BODY's 45-minute power session combines lower and upper body resistance training techniques with Total Body GTS, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercise for overall total body conditioning. AWSM BODY starts at $38 per session.

Jeffrey Adams, owner of Jeffrey Adams Fitness and the creator of AWSM Body, brings nearly 30 years of experience, not only in group instructing and personal training, but also in group fitness management.
As a decorated Veteran of the United States Navy and a pillar in his community, Jeffrey is wellness advocate by providing services to elderly at a senior community center, along with facilitating youth fitness classes in academic settings on a request basis.
