According to research the specific attitudes that the most successful entrepreneurs share include courage, persistence, adaptability, curiosity, collaboration, future focus, self-fulfilment, the desire to learn, and the willingness to take action.

Over and over again in autobiographies of successful people these two skill sets appear.

But the newest research is showing that having fewer negative thoughts impacts many aspects of the body.

The mind-body, or brain-body, connection is the link between a person's thoughts, feelings, and behavior and their physical symptoms.

The study found that a habit of prolonged negative thinking diminishes your brain's ability to think, reason, and form memories. Essentially draining your brain's resources. Another study reported in the  American Academy of Neurology found that cynical thinking also produces a greater dementia risk.
