Beloved Homecare Rated 'Outstanding' by CQC

URMSTON, U.K. - March 31, 2021 - PRLog -- We are pleased to announce that following a recent routine Care Quality Commission (CQC) (https://www.belovedhomecare.co.uk/news/item/81-our-outstanding-cqc-inspection) inspection, we have been awarded an overall 'Outstanding' inspection rating - The highest possible rating.

This extraordinary achievement would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our incredible members of staff, especially through the difficult year we have all faced. We're proud to be delivering a quality homecare service in Trafford, including Sale, Urmston, Altrincham, Hale and Timperley. Since 2015, this is now our second inspection that has resulted in an 'Outstanding' rating, this follows from our previous inspection in 2018.

To put our achievement into perspective, our latest homecare inspection means that Beloved (https://www.belovedhomecare.co.uk/) are the only provider of Adult Social Care, within the whole of Trafford, to enjoy such a rating. Furthermore, Beloved Homecare is now one of four, within Greater Manchester, to have four or more individual enquiry lines rated at 'Outstanding'.

We have an exceptional team spirit and team culture. The employees we recruit are all subject to a rigorous pre-employment process and excellent training.

Our Management Team is dedicated to supporting our client's & staff. We know that if our staff are happy and have job satisfaction they are in a better place to provide a quality service.

Our service also includes an out-of-hours emergency line which is staffed 24/7 by a member of the Management Team. The purpose of this is to provide support to staff and clients outside of normal office hours.

Throughout the pandemic, we have maintained a safe service for our clients. With large supplies of the appropriate PPE and further infection control training for our staff, we have implemented all the measures possible to keep everyone safe. On numerous occasions, we have communicated, effectively, with family members and relatives to update them on the well-being of their loved ones. Where possible, we have shared photos and arranged FaceTime calls with clients and their relatives, this brief moment of normality for both certainly helped to lift spirits on both ends.

Throughout the past years, especially this year, we have always paid testimony to our staff, it really wouldn't be possible without them. Thank you for the great teamwork!
