Jeff Gorden of The Gorden Group arranges the sale of Black Canyon Storage and Rimrock Super Storage

Phoenix – January 4, 2021 Jeff Gorden of The Gorden Group/KW Commercial has arranged the portfolio sale of Black Canyon Storage in Black Canyon City, Arizona and Rimrock Super Storage in Rimrock, Arizona. The self storage facilities sold on December 30, 2020 for $4,600,000. This self storage portfolio spans just under eight and a half acres at two locations along Interstate 17 providing 494 self-storage and 106 Boat & RV Storage spaces. Jeff Gorden represented the Seller in the transaction.

Jeff Gorden shared the following about the sale, "We were excited and grateful to see this sale through. Our team sold the Black Canyon property to this current Seller about 10 years ago and it was a pleasure to work with him again. Similarly, we have worked with this Buyer before. The closing of this portfolio sale was not without challenges and having a team experienced in self storage operations, including the sale and mortgage brokers, was key. The Buyers acquired two well located secondary market properties with room for substantial revenue growth and the Seller has moved on to other projects. Buyer and Seller were both very excited with the year-end closing."

The Buyer's financing was arranged by Neal Gussis of CCM Commercial Mortgage.
