The Gorden Group Announces Sale of Commercial Land for Storage Development in Sam Houston, TX

HOUSTON - Nov. 17, 2021 - PRLog -- Jeff Gorden of KW Commercial, in cooperation with Bill Brownfield of Brownfield & Associates, arranged the sale of a fourteen-and-a-half-acre property located along Beltway 8 on the south side of Houston, TX.  The parcel is intended for development of a storage property that will serve the communities of Brookside Village, Pearland and the Texas Space Coast. The site sold November 10, 2021.
