This year was filled with professional challenges including declining economy, delayed OMS projects, lockdowns, & Covid-19 restrictions, as well as paradigm-shifting events. These changes affected many of our customers which in turn affected us. But in a year of turbulence, we also feel hopeful. The Plus team – through grit, determination, & agility – has achieved significant accomplishments, marked important milestones, & made incredible advances & discoveries in technology.

As 2020 comes to a close, we at Plus Technologies are taking a look back at this extraordinary year & what we're looking forward to in 2021.

- Our dedication to high touch technical support & well-defined processes/tools helped us secure a high percentage of technical support contract renewals, offering a strong financial base on which to operate.

- During these turbulent times, employee safety & wellbeing has been of paramount importance to us. We are extremely pleased by the fact that we have not laid off a single employee or furlough, with no plans to lay off anyone in the future. We continue to offer the same level of service as we had been offering. & for this, we thank our loyal customers who have shown continued faith in our OM Plus output management products.

- PT's philosophy around customer value has helped us gain new customers across different industry verticals. We are incredibly proud to be working with new customers across the healthcare, government, & insurance industries – although sales of new licenses experienced a temporary setback. We also witnessed an increase in existing customers upgrading their installations or increasing their print software licensing.
