Business Butler adopts an inventive approach to launching its business
By: Business Butler
This novel way of launching a business shouldn't come as a surprise for anyone who knows Business Butler because throughout their early development they have earned a reputation for being innovative and dynamic in their strategy of helping SMEs succeed.
Their intelligent business chatbot that assists SMEs by providing expansive yet focussed business advice is a first and further creativity saw them develop a web-based business matching engine that connects small business users with fully vetted professionals.
However, Business Butler understands the importance of maintaining traditional business values and only using innovation when it complements or improves an existing service, as CEO and Founder Bhupinder Sidhu states:
"We realise that to adhere to our mantra of connecting businesses with professionals they can trust, we must bring the face to face experience online, great partnerships are all about developing effective relationships and we use digital technology to enhance the in person experience."
This is exactly what happened when Business Butler had to adapt quickly to the current restrictions faced by businesses, as Bhupinder explains:
"When we realised it wasn't going to be possible to host a physical launch we did not want to wait for the current restrictions to be lifted. We decided to turn this challenge into an opportunity and we knew we had the team and the technology to deliver what I'm sure will be an incredible launch as an online virtual event."
The launch is being held on Hopin, a virtual events platform and will be an exciting afternoon with more than 200 attendees already registered. Starting at 14:00 there will be a range of activities for guests to participate in, or they can just sit back and watch.
Keynote speakers include Adrian Sutton, CEO and Co-Founder at Vortex IoT and leading behavioural economist and consultant Mark Pittaccio.
Additionally, there will be a variety of simultaneous roundtable sessions where business leaders will be holding lively debates about topical subjects such as staff engagement; branding and leadership.
The tech team will be hosting a chatbot demo and there will be an Expo section where Business Butler's panel of experts will be talking about how they can help SMEs. The business disciplines covered on this section are diverse and include accountancy, marketing, finance, HR and law, to name just a few.
The world of business has changed considerably over the past six months but one constant is the refreshing approach Business Butler adopts when faced with adversity and the innovative methods they devise to adapt and evolve - and their official launch on 24 September is a prime example of this.
