Local PODS®, 95.1 KBBY and 100.7 KHAY Giving Away Cash for Keeping the Tri-Counties Moving Contest

VENTURA, Calif. - Sept. 14, 2020 - PRLog -- Local PODS® Moving & Storage is celebrating its 15th anniversary by giving back to our communities. For the month of September, they're teaming up with local radio stations 95.1 KBBY and 100.7 KHAY Country to help one lucky winner receive $1500 in cool cash, and will also donate a matching $1500 to a local Tri County charity.

"As we all navigate through uncertain times, we thought it was more important than ever to give back," said Steve Yapp, owner of Local PODS Moving & Storage. "PODS couldn't be more thrilled to offer our full support and help our community."

From September 7 through September 27, members of the community can enter the PODS, Keeping the Tri Counties Moving Contest at www.mylocalpods.com. They can also vote for one of 6 charities to receive a matching $1500 donation, which include Ventura County Animal Services, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County, Diversity Collective Ventura County, Focus on the Masters, Hospice of the Conejo, and The Young and the Brave.

"We are so blessed and grateful to have so many amazing nonprofits in our community," said Yapp. "This gives us the opportunity to shine a light on these amazing organizations and we encourage the community to show their support and vote for their charity of choice."

Local PODS has been committed to giving back to local charities and nonprofit organizations all year long. Previous recipients include St Jude Children's Research Hospital, James Storehouse, Food Share, The City Center, and Women of Substance Men of Honor.
